 We fund voter protection John, We’re just two weeks into the new year and our team is hard at work making sure that voters are protected in every state around the country. We worked hard in 2020 and 2022 to ensure that we were able to keep voters informed, educated, and able to vote in critical states like Georgia. And we have high hopes for 2023 where we have the power to elect Democrats to state and local offices across the country. Our approach to voter protection is built on sustained investments and long lasting relationships. That means that we can’t just parachute in every two years and expect to turn out voters. We need to be working consistently to build and expand on the movement that we’ve created. We are just a few hours away and we cannot afford to fall behind our goal so early in the year. We’re already making investments in key battleground states (like Arizona and North Carolina) and funding voter protection staff – they’re relying on us to empower their critical work to fight for voters and democracy.
