The House of Representatives just voted to send the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate. Earlier today, Speaker Pelosi named seven impeachment managers who will serve as prosecutors.

The trial is set to start on Tuesday, but there is no firm decision on witness testimony. Now more than ever, we need to push our Senators to fight and vote for a real impeachment trial.

The Senate has always called witnesses to testify during trials. We cannot let them spurn this tradition for the first time in our country’s history. We must remind Senators that real trials have witnesses and cover-ups do not.
