John, I'm James the digital director of No Dem Left Behind. I'd like to offer a little behind-the-scenes insight on what happens on a daily basis in our work. After all, as a supporter who makes this possible you deserve to know!

This week I reached out to numerous contacts in strategic states that will become our new ROCC network, while also defining the infrastructure that will give this network it's form and function as an effective conduit of resources. As a lifelong resident of the northwoods, I know the problems Democrats face in rural America. The solution to those problems starts with empowering local leaders on their own turf.

On Thursday I consulted one of our local, rural organizational partners on their digital technique. This is another important facet of No Dem Left Behind. Our role is to orchestrate the good work of local organizations into national strategy. We can't succeed if our local partners cannot effectively reach their constituents. It is our duty to offer technical support as one of many services to strengthen support for rural Dems in their own communities.

Friday, I finalized the framework of our Wisconsin task force. As you will learn in the coming days more completely, No Dem Left Behind is implementing innovative new strategies to effectively win America's heartland. In Wisconsin specifically, we are utilizing non-partisan, issue-based referendums as effective parallel campaigns to help candidates in three separate Congressional Districts boost performance.

In addition, I finalized the new No Dem Left Behind web-site and helped complete and publish our full 2023-24 Prospectus. Because communicating our work in a completely transparent manner is something I owe to you. I am so gratified to be in a position of opportunity to change the fate of America for the better and that opportunity is thanks to your support.
