I had to reach out one more time.

Because I cannot stay silent in the face of what I just witnessed.

First, I endured this President’s attacks on my wife, my fallen son, and my faith.

Then, I watched him tell four Congresswomen of color to “go back” to their “crime infested” countries.

Now, his latest racist attacks on beloved Congressman Elijah Cummings are a painful reminder of why our fight is so important.

I’d walk barefoot to every state in the country to rob Donald Trump of his power.

I know the best way to defeat his hatred is to flip his Republican Senate -- and replace them with people of color like Ben Ray.
