As if plunging the U.S. into a national security crisis at home and abroad wasn’t enough, this week Trump announced his plan to divert an additional seven billion dollars in Pentagon funds toward his racist and ineffective wall.

Time and again Trump made campaign promises about “Mexico paying for the wall” but all he’s done since taking office is force military families to foot the bill. His monument to racism has come at the cost of military families and veterans every single time.
