A life hack for hard times

terrible things have been, historically, many people have survived epic
collapses, wars, and other disasters.
The difference is, those who lived by positive principles, ideas, and
practices go beyond that and stay open to growth, connection, and
enjoyment despite hardship. Quitters and complainers get left behind or
