It is my absolute honor to be representing you in Congress as the United States House Representative for New Jersey's Second District. I am excited to continue fighting and delivering results for South Jersey!

This week, I demanded that all offshore wind activity end immediately in the state of New Jersey, following an unprecedented number of whales have washed ashore in the New Jersey/New York area over the past month. 

Since offshore wind projects were being proposed by Governor Murphy to be built off the coast of New Jersey, I have been adamantly opposed to any activity moving forward until research disclosed the impacts these projects would have on our environment and the impacts on the fishing industry. Ocean life is being put at risk by Green New Deal policies that are supported by our Governor and President. Full consideration must be given to these projects' real-world impacts. We have seen a complete lack of transparency from New Jersey leaders, as well as D.C. politicians who are ramming through these projects in order to push their climate agenda. 

Once committees for the 118th Congress are finalized, I will be calling for congressional investigations into the matter. I demand that all offshore wind activity be halted until it is properly determined what the effects of these activities are having on our marine life. 

This week, I voted in favor of H.R.23, the Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act. I am a co-sponsor of this important legislation because average Americans do not need to be put at risk of being audited by the federal government for a $600 transaction. 

As soon as liberals made it clear that they would funnel millions of taxpayer dollars to hire an IRS army of agents to spy on middle-class Americans' bank accounts, Republicans promised to put that to an end; and we fulfilled that promise. Republicans unanimously voted to strip the funding allocated by the previous majority as our first action in the 118th Congress. This is a huge win for the American people!

This week, I voted in favor of H.R.22, the Protecting America's Strategic Petroleum Reserve from China Act. It is critical legislation that will stop this administration from draining our petroleum reserves and selling barrels of our strategic reserve to China. 

This Republican-led bill is the House delivering on its promises to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable and reverse this administration's policies that threaten our national security. Without this legislation in place, this administration will continue to sell our reserves to adversaries. In times of emergency, what will Americans do? What will our military do? What will our emergency personnel do?
