It’s going to be an interesting two years with Jim Jordan running the House Judiciary Committee. You can count on seeing Republicans bring up all sorts of wild conspiracy theories and launch pointless investigations with baseless evidence.

 

But here’s what I can promise you: I will keep using my senior position on the Judiciary Committee to push for judicial reform, all the way up to reforming the Supreme Court so that it answers to the American people.

Jim Jordan and his band of Trump wannabes won’t stop me from fighting to expand the Supreme Court, enact a code of ethics for justices, and establish term limits for those serving on the Supreme Court. That’s a promise.

 

Yes, it will be an uphill battle for the next two years. But I intend to keep the conversation right where Americans want it.

 

That’s going to make me a target for some of the biggest-name Republicans in Congress — which is why I’m asking for your help. I need to keep my attention on stopping the MAGA misfits from making a mockery of the rule of law, and I’ll need to set the record straight every time they attack me.
