The ATF has released its final rule regarding pistol braces and the firearms they are attached to, and it's just as bad as we expected. 



With the Final Rule language now released, FPC Legal is at this very moment going over it with a fine tooth comb and preparing all of our legal options.



STOP THE PISTOL BRACE BAN! <[link removed]>



The new rule change is long, sitting at just 293 pages, and spends a decent amount of time trying to gaslight the people by saying that stabilizing braces are not banned and that the rule is consistent with the ATF's unchanged opinion on these items, and that somehow it will keep Americans safe. 



The meat of the issue however is simple, if you own an AR-15-style pistol with a brace, the ATF may now consider it an SBR, subject to all the tyrannical policies and regulations that come with that. 



TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE BUREAUCRACY! <[link removed]>



The ATF was gracious enough however to allow for a 120-day amnesty period, in which you can register your firearms, destroy your property, or surrender your freedom to them FREE OF CHARGE. 



How generous of them. 



Congress still has the means to address this and other oversteps, by using the Congressional Review Act and calling into question these actions and the lack of statutory authority that this agency has to make them.



We will be breaking down this rule and the impact it will have further, as well as future plans for grassroots action, but for now, it is vital to TAKE ACTIONand demand that your representatives DO THEIR DAMN JOB.
