Do you remember last fall when Republicans were perched on their soap box screaming that Democrats weren’t focused on the issues that matter, like inflation, border security, and the economy? Kevin McCarthy said, “the GOP would have a double-digit House majority after the 2022 midterm elections.” Well, the red wave never happened.

Something else isn’t happening – House Republicans are not addressing inflation, border security, or the economy. They are focused on investigating Hunter Biden, handicapping the Department of Justice, and ending reproductive rights.

On Wednesday, Kevin McCarthy and the GOP passed two anti-choice measures as their continuing efforts to take away reproductive freedoms. House Democrats did everything we could to stop them, but we just do not have the votes. The good news is we only need to flip five sets to take back the halls of Congress.
