They’re all taking action to turn our country blue. If you’re eager to defeat the GOP, too, there’s lots you can do. You can write letters to voters, make phone calls, donate funds, knock doors, and so much more. Whatever it is, the important thing is that you do it now. There’s too much on the line to sit it out this year.
2020 could be the year we win Democratic control of the state houses, undoing the worst Republican gerrymandering and drawing fair maps in the 2021 redistricting. It could be the year we flip the Senate, leading to groundbreaking legislation that’s stalled on Mitch McConnell’s desk, like gun violence prevention legislation. We could elect a qualified president. But we have to work together to win these critical races.
