The Fair Tax Act would also eliminate all federal taxes in favor of "FairTax"-- a 23% national retail sales tax (though, in reality, it's closer to a 30% sales tax).

In a report for the United Nations, a panel of experts confirmed that with the phase-out of nearly all ozone-depleting substances (ODS), the ozone will recover within decades, demonstrating the value of concerted international efforts to tackle climate change.
