Dear John,

I am so excited to share some news with you: the Voting Rights Lab has launched a new and improved version of the State Voting Rights Tracker, your one-stop shop for analysis on election laws and legislation nationwide.

We first launched the Tracker three years ago as a resource designed for allies to help shine a light on the complex landscape of election and voting laws in this country. Today, we’re relaunching this groundbreaking tool with an even greater emphasis on the user experience — to make sure you have easy, immediate access to this vital information.

The tool’s key elements are all still there:
  • The Comprehensive Bill Search will allow you to find any bill related to elections and voting in all 50 states and DC. The database of 2023 bills will continue to grow as more and more bills are filed in the new year.
  • Our Session Snapshots allow you to monitor the progress of legislation on key issues related to voter access and election interference. Each snapshot will update as relevant bills progress through the legislative process.
  • Our 50-state survey of state laws related to voting allows you to find legal summaries on topics like voter registration, mail voting, in-person voting, ID requirements, and other consequential issues.
  • You can also explore laws by state, all simplified into an easy-to-follow Q&A format. You can also use each individual state page to find pending legislation.
This tool was designed, built, and developed by our team of extraordinary policy experts for you. We are delighted to share its newest iteration with you and can’t wait to hear what you think.

We are hosting two virtual demonstrations and we invite you to register now:
Thank you for your interest and support.
