Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings Final Rule Stakeholder Call Reminder
Hello and Welcome to 2023!
KDADS will continue to host monthly stakeholder calls on the third Wednesday of the month for the HCBS Settings Final Rule and other related general HCBS updates.


This is an opportunity to stay aware and ask questions on the State?s HCBS Settings Final Rule implementation, remediation, heightened scrutiny, guidance, training and other related HCBS items.
Next Scheduled Call is Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 12:00 PM (noon)
Questions & Answers will be posted to the Kansas Department of for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) website within 48 hours after the call for public review at https://kdads.ks.gov/kdads-commissions/long-term-services-supports/hcbs-waivers.
