He didn’t know it at the time, but there were going to be a lot of nights sleeping on the floor of an apartment because his mother couldn’t afford more.

He didn’t know it at the time, but he’d go on to fight in a war with a unit that saw some of the worst casualties in Iraq.

And he certainly would have never guessed that he’d grow up to become a United States Congressman.

Now that little boy is considering taking on Kyrsten Sinema so he can be a voice for working people in the United States Senate.
