Earlier this month, we found out that absolutely nothing Republican Rep. George Santos said about himself was true.
He tricked voters in his district into supporting him with all kinds of absurd, embarrassing, and truly pointless lies.
But of course, Santos and GOP leader Kevin McCarthy would rather ignore it so they can get back to slashing healthcare and revoking abortion rights.
That was, until today. Here’s what he told reporters this afternoon:
I’m skeptical, but let’s show him there are a lot more than 142 people who want him to resign. Folks, will you add your name to our petition right now?
