John,

Thank you for your passion and commitment to protecting our planet as we enter into the new year.

More than 2,500 individuals made a contribution to Food & Water Watch during our end-of-year fundraising campaign! Your generous support will power our campaigns through 2023. We couldn’t do this critical work without you. And our work is indeed critical.

The planet is being destroyed by the polluting fossil fuel industry with more and more greenhouse gases being released from plants and pipelines criss-crossing the country. Our food system, dominated by Big Ag and factory farms, is further worsening the climate crisis. Corporate consolidation is making our food unsafe and putting our water supply and infrastructure at risk. Meanwhile, our elected officials are failing to make any meaningful change.

The time for action is now. Together, we must confront the reality of what’s happening all around us. We have a long road ahead of us this year — but we have a plan.

In 2023, Food & Water Watch will be working to:

- Push for new climate-friendly policies and press our leaders to pass laws that protect our planet.
- Invest in people power. We’re organizing activists, bringing people together, and cultivating new leaders.
- Grow our Food & Water Volunteer Network. We’re leveraging our passionate community of activists to take on critical battles across the country.
- Boost our legal and research efforts. We’re identifying wrongdoing, monitoring and exposing our opponents, and filing high-impact legal actions.
- Teach and empower our supporters with facts, resources and trainings.

Everything we do is thanks to the generous investment of people like you, John.

Support our campaigns to build people-power and fight for a livable future for all in 2023 and beyond. Make a gift today!
