Thank you for your support for The Colorado Turnout Project! Our team is proud to introduce our new Executive Director: Andrew Hayman.
Andrew brings to the CTP operation an extensive background in field and voter contact, with years of experience organizing for Democratic campaigns across the country.
"Field is really hard work," said Andrew. "It's creating relationships, identifying talents, and building networks—mostly to get real people to talk to their neighbors and folks in their state or districts who often do not want to talk about or hear anything remotely about politics. Field is really long hours of dense intellectual and emotional labor, but when done right it's the backbone of any campaign of value or virtue."
In 2023, Andrew, the growing CTP team, and an advisory board of political professionals, community activists, and supporters will work together to map out a path to victory on key races and priorities: chiefly, unseating Lauren Boebert, but also to support candidates up and down the ballot who will protect the right to vote; preserve abortion rights; and fight for a just and equitable economy for working people.
