Even Santos admits to concocting a fictional account of his life to double-cross voters and the local Republican party in New York’s 3rd Congressional District.

Here’s just a taste of Santos’ falsehoods and shady past we know (so far):

🤥 He lied about where he went to high school — and college;

🤥 Santos claims to have graduated with a degree in finance and economics;

🤥 Santos’ campaign bio states he worked as an executive at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup;

🤥 He has a criminal record in Brazil for stealing a checkbook and writing fraudulent checks;

🤥 Santos fabricated history as a landlord with a real-estate portfolio of 13 properties. In fact, Santos was evicted twice from apartments he was renting;

🤥 He says his mother died on 9/11, but tweeted in 2021 on the “5th anniversary” of her death;

🤥 Santos poses as a “conservative Roman Catholic" — but also says he’s Jew-ish and stated his Jewish grandparents survived the Holocaust;

🤥 In his 2020 and 2022 campaigns, a staff member impersonating Kevin McCarthy’s chief of staff contacted wealthy donors to raise money.

Team, this is what we know so far; and it’s not good. But here’s what’s worse.

Kevin McCarthy and House Republicans are deliberately turning a blind eye to Santos’ lies and deceit because they care more about their majority than holding him accountable. They are perpetuating fraud on the voters of NY-03 and the American people, even as state, national, and international law enforcement officials investigate Santos’ bogus claims.

Here’s what we also know, team: Eric won’t let up on fighting back against the GOP and their deceptions of the American people.
