John,

The border is an absolute nightmare. We’re taking action at the Supreme Court.

Drug cartels have sent enough fentanyl across the border to kill every American. Human trafficking, smuggling, terrorists, unaccompanied minors facing deadly perils – this is Biden’s border crisis.

President Biden FINALLY went to the border last weekend . . . for a photo-op. His radical Left allies “sanitized” the one place he went to erase any evidence of a humanitarian crisis.

President Biden has promised changes – but until he actually follows through, it’s nothing more than lip service. We know his lawyers are actively trying to get the Supreme Court to strike down Title 42 – the one Trump program Biden hasn’t yet been able to dismantle that is doing anything to stem the tide of unlawful entrants. Our Border Patrol is already overwhelmed; and if the Biden Administration gets its way at the Supreme Court, they will be overrun.

IN JUST DAYS, we are filing an amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend our border security against Biden’s attempts to destroy it. If President Biden ever actually secures the border, we’ll happily defend those efforts at the Supreme Court too. But TODAY, we won’t let him further undermine our border security at the Supreme Court.

As we prepare to file at the Supreme Court, we need you to take urgent action with us.
