John, House Republicans spurned their voters
twice yesterday. First, by debating House rules a day early to avoid their constituents and our GOP grassroots members. Second, by
killing a measure that would stop the practice of awarding powerful leadership positions to Democrats.
The Austin swamp thinks they’ve won, but they cannot hide from their constituents
forever. We will show them the strength of our grassroots army.
Hurry now to add your name to our official grassroots list. |
Busloads of grassroots activists are traveling to the Capitol today—their original intent was to voice their support to ban
Democrat chairs. Now activists and the Republican Party of Texas are here together to show their representatives that they’ve
gone against the will of 81% of their constituents, and we will not back down.
The Texas House of Representatives failed to deliver on one of our official legislative priorities. But the Texas GOP
grassroots doesn’t back down from a challenge that easily—we have seven other priorities for which we will still fight!
|
From securing the border to protecting Texas children from sexualizing predators, GOP activists have a list of demands,
and we are here bringing them to legislators’ doorstep. It will
take the full force of our grassroots army before we see any success this session, and we need you to make your contribution
today. | The fight to defend our state and save our nation is dependent on the actions of our grassroots to sway the decisions of lawmakers.
We can’t let up now when the fight has truly just begun.
Defending Texas and Saving America,
Texas Republicans
