As you know, America First legal is leading the fight against an illegal “Equity” agenda that punishes Americans based on sex and skin color. These harmful policies spring from a far-left, postmodernist view of the human experience which puts identity and power above all else.

For too long now, this pernicious ideology has infected America medical schools and their admissions processes. In fact, universities and medical schools across America have been fully co-opted by woke ideologues and activist-networks pushing this divisive “Equity” agenda.  

Well, it’s time to fight back and stop this madness.

That’s why we made history yesterday by striking at the heart of the equity industry that is overtaking the medical profession. My team at American First Legal filed a huge class-action lawsuit against six Texas medical schools for illegally using race and sex preferences in their admissions [[link removed]] – a practice that violates Title VI, Title IX, and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment…  

Sadly, Whites, Asians, and men in general bear the brunt of this egregiously discriminatory policy granting applicants with lesser academic credentials favor in medical school admission over academically more qualified candidates because they are of the wrong sex or race (according to this twisted woke ideology)!
