John, on Monday,
the House of Representatives voted on the 118th Congress rules package.

The rules package governs how the House will operate for the next two
years, and includes key concessions Kevin McCarthy made to the GOP
extremists for votes to secure his position as House Speaker. The package
includes provisions which attack working Americans and protect wealthy
corporations.

From threatening Social Security and Medicare to even further restrictions
on abortion care, the GOP are plowing their extreme agenda forward.

The only way we can stop the far-right from continuing this destructive
path is by taking action now to not only keep Summer’s seat, but also flip
the House in 2024 — and we have to start now. [ [link removed] ]Will you chip in

With a Trump-packed Supreme Court, we are seeing the far-right become even
more emboldened in pushing their agenda, an agenda that disproportionately
harms women, working families, low-income individuals, LGBTQ+ folks, and
people of color.

While they seek to divide us — we are coming together, stronger than ever.

We have seen how a multi-generational, multi-cultural movement can bring
down even the wealthiest, most extreme super PACs. They may have the
majority, but we have the power and it’s time to remind the GOP that they
answer to the people — all of us.
