The 88th Legislative Session Kicked off Yesterday

Yesterday, I gaveled in the Texas Senate here in Austin.

Chief among my priorities are continued property tax relief, paying down debt, adding more natural gas power plants to the grid, continuing border security funding, creating a fund to support law enforcement in rural Texas, building much-needed mental health care hospitals across Texas, and so much more.

I look forward to another productive legislative session that will set the stage for an even greater Texas for future generations.

Meanwhile in Crazy Blue States

This is how crazy the left is and how much they devalue life, from birth to the grave.

Six Democrat states have passed legislation allowing a corpse to be put in a compost box as a burial. When you read the article, you see they even view this as a way to save the climate.
