Seattle School Sues Big Tech Over Teen Mental Health Crisis

Seattle’s public school district filed a lawsuit against the parent companies of Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok for the harm social media has done to its students’ mental well-being.

The lawsuit alleges that social media has “been a substantial factor in causing a youth mental health crisis.”
