Here are the six of the most important Senate Battlegrounds in 2024:
Ohio
The GOP is planning to make Ohio one of its main targets. Republicans won this midwest Battleground by big margins in recent elections and think they can win it in 2024. If the 2022 Ohio Senate race is any indication, Republicans will spend tens of millions of dollars to defeat Democrats here.
Montana
Republicans think they can win the Montana Senate race next election cycle. Montana voted for Trump by double-digit margins in 2016 and 2020. Defending this western Battleground is going to take all of us working together.
Nevada
Nevada is a critical Senate Battleground in 2024. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto won re-election by a small margin in 2022 while Democratic Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak was defeated by a Republican. We know the GOP will do whatever it takes to win this purple state.
Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania was one of the most competitive 2022 Senate Battlegrounds, and 2024 will be no different. After the GOP’s bruising defeat to John Fetterman this year, they are sure to invest even more heavily in the PA Senate race.
Wisconsin
Wisconsin was a key Senate Battleground in 2022 and will be again in 2024. Trump and Biden both won WI by less than one point (in 2016 and 2020). After Sen. Ron Johnson’s re-election this year, Republicans think they can pick up this mid-western seat.
Michigan
The open Michigan Senate seat is one of Republicans' best pick-up opportunities. Michigan is a swing state and has voted for both Republicans and Democrats in recent years. The GOP will target the MI Senate seat with everything they've got, and we must be prepared.
