Distributor Returns Due January 18
Your December return and payment for Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax are due January 18.
You can file your return and pay any tax due electronically through e-Services.
2023 Cigarette Sales Tax Rate
The Sales Tax on cigarettes is now 69.2 cents per pack of 20 cigarettes. Updated Cigarette Tax forms will be available on our website after January 18. Use the updated forms when you file your January return, due February 21.
