Kim Reynolds just wrapped up her Condition of the State speech and made it clear that she and her fellow Republicans will not stop until they pass vouchers this session.

She even cut an ad this week for the conservative PAC Priorities for Iowa talking up her plan to siphon public dollars away from public schools.

And if that wasn’t enough, she actively campaigned against the legislators in her own party who opposed vouchers last year.
