U.S. intelligence agencies refuse to name the “scientific experts” used to oversee China’s gain-of-function research.

One of the “scientific experts” taking part in these gain-of-function experiments brought NIH funding directly to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where the COVID lab leak took place.
