Aloha Fellow Conservatives,

For those Hawaii Republican Party members who have not been actively engaged in recent months, I and the Hawaii Trump Victory Campaign Chairmen would like to provide this overview of HRP and Campaign priorities for the next six months.

In an unprecedented effort of solidarity and teamwork, the Republican National Committee and Trump Victory Campaign have joined into one singular, multi-faceted partnership to reelect the President and support the election of Republicans in down ballot campaigns throughout the Nation. Following suit, the Hawaii Republican Party and Hawaii Trump Victory Campaign are also completely united with a common mission and synchronized priorities. For the immediate term our joint prioritizes are the following:
  1. Increase voter registration of NEW REPUBLICANS throughout the State.
  2. Increase PARTY MEMBERSHIP in the Hawaii Republican Party.
  3. Increase (greatly) the number of VOLUNTEERs to help the Party and Campaign achieve results.
Achieving these priorities requires dedicated volunteers serving at all levels throughout the State in the Party’s existing organizational structure. This includes our critical positions of Precinct, District, County and State Officers necessary for the numerous Party functions and responsibilities. As such, the immediate horizon of essential Party and Campaign efforts includes our Party's upcoming precinct elections (Feb 1-14, 2020). At these state-wide meetings, grass roots elections will be held to fill our precincts with a new cohort of Presidents and supporting staff. Additionally, at these meetings, District Chairs will need to be elected in the districts that are without a duly elected chairman. Another critical event to be started at these meetings is the selection of delegates to attend County Conventions in March and the State Convention on May 16, 2020.

Republicans wanting to become involved and assist the Party or the Campaign are asked to actively participate in these February meetings as a volunteer, meeting organizer, candidate and delegate. Please contact your District Chair or County Chair as soon as possible for more information on how you can participate in these critical elections and serve as a state delegate in the County and State conventions. We currently need help calling Republicans to attend these meetings so please volunteer for this task now and remember to bring your Republican friends, neighbors and ohana to your precinct meeting.

Since the Party and Campaign are joined at the hip, information regarding key events and issues will flow through normal HRP communications and through leaders designated to assist the Trump Campaign. In the case of the neighbor islands, HRP County Chairs also serve as Trump Victory County Chairs. For Oahu, seven “Trump Victory County Chairs” have been designated to provide Campaign oversight and assist the Honolulu County Chairman with smaller groupings of districts to improve operations through a more manageable span of control, an essential requirement given we have only 10 months remaining in the Trump Campaign. Contact information for officers serving in these critical positions is provided below. HRP emails, website, Facebook, Twitter and County communications should be checked regularly for information and updates.

For Republicans who want to help reelect President Trump, we cannot stress enough how important it is to support the efforts of the Hawaii Republican Party so we can grow our Party into a more formidable force that can effectively compete and overcome our current outnumbered circumstance.
