Friend, it’s clear what we need to do to solve the climate crisis: accelerate our transition to clean energy and create a clean economy.

And the best part? We already can. We have the technology. We have the expertise to make these changes.

All we’re missing is the political will — we need elected officials who are willing to champion progressive policies, take on corporate polluters, and stand with low-income communities and communities of color.

We are so excited to have a grassroots community of environmental voters like you, friend, to hold our leaders accountable and demand the change we urgently need.

Friend, are you all in for climate action in 2023? Let us know that you are committed to holding our lawmakers accountable >> [link removed]

That means investing in affordable, clean energy. Transitioning away from fossil gas and oil. And creating new good-paying jobs and careers in the clean energy economy.

You can take steps TODAY to create the political will we’re lacking.

* Commit to standing with our climate in 2023.
* Hold elected officials accountable by checking their voting record in our 2022 California Environmental Scorecard launching in the next few weeks.
* Advocate for your legislators to pass bold climate policies.
* Make sure you're registered to vote and get involved in a climate justice organization like ours.

With less than seven years to address the most severe impacts of climate change, we have no time to waste. Let’s get this done.
