*IMPORTANT UPDATE*

An issue with the new Manifest.CSV has been identified and licensees and integrators will need to use the contingency manifest available on the LCB website [ [link removed] ] until further notice (detailed instructions are in the posted contingency manifest word document).

If you have already submitted a manifest .CSV and have not received a confirmation and the required PDF with the correct information, please submit the information using the contingency manifest. The IT team is working to identify and correct this issue and will let you know as soon as the situation is resolved, as well as if additional steps are required once resolved.

If you have questions or need assistance regarding processes or resources, please contact [email protected].

We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring the new changes provide an improved experience for CCRS users.
