Friend,
It’s always nice to reach out with a victory, especially when every day brings a new tyrannical attempt to steal your rights.
Today we announce the granting of a temporary restraining order against multiple aspects of the bloated New Jersey anti-gun regime in our Koons v. Reynolds <[link removed]> case!
“Within seconds of Gov. Murphy signing this insidious bill, FPC Law filed a challenge to its constitutionality,” said FPC Director of Legal Operations Bill Sack. “We are thrilled that the Court has wasted no time in preventing its enforcement and the irreparable constitutional injury that would have otherwise been suffered by our Plaintiffs and all of the peaceable people of New Jersey.”
Specifically, the court pressured the state to produce ANY evidence that its assertion of concealed firearm permit holders represented a danger to the people of New Jersey or lead to an increase in gun crimes in the state.
As expected, the government was caught with its pants down, unable to back up its ridiculous claims aimed at vilifying the peaceable people of New Jersey.
In truth, it's the state's restrictive laws that lead to violence, making the peaceful people of New Jersey defenseless if they comply with the unconstitutional attempts to disarm them by their own government.
Each win we stack up in the Post-Bruen era builds upon each other, leading to more and more victories in the courts.
This sets the crosshairs on every law that even implies that permit holders or those concealed carrying are a danger to the public.
Expect more wins like this to come, as the tireless legal team at FPC continues to pump out lawsuit after lawsuit.
Tyranny will never go unchallenged as long as we are in the fight.
