First, local El Paso authorities removed migrants who were camping out in public spaces, then the Governor of Texas gave Mr. Biden a letter saying that his visit was "$20 billion too little and two years too late." Border Patrol union officials also excoriated the President for failing to enforce immigration law leading to mass suffering and death.
