Unlike most candidates, I don't send out a lot of emails (my last was over a month ago). I'll only email you when it's important.

I announced my re-election campaign last month, and we are off to a good start. With so much at stake in 2020, it's imperative that we start our campaign strong - I need your help today to help us continue our momentum <[link removed]>.

You saw the kind of attacks I endured last year. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent to attack me, and I have zero doubt the same zeal will be unleashed next fall with control of the state senate up for grabs.

You know how hard I've been working to fight for our shared values at the state capitol - this past session, we defeated bills that would have expanded school vouchers, disenfranchised voters, and allowed loaded firearms on school campuses. Many of these bills were defeated by one vote, making our race all the more important.
