The U.S. Senate recently passed S. 4573, also known as the Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act. Its goal is to prevent any future fake elector schemes, just like what we saw after the 2020 election.
This is a critical step towards plugging the cracks in our democracy that Donald Trump and his henchmen tried to exploit, and our state AGs are pushing for pro-democracy and pro-accountability measures nationwide to prevent another attack on our free and fair elections.
We know Trump and his allies will continue to try and exploit any weakness in our country’s elections to their own advantage – and we know Dem AGs are a brick wall against those dangerous schemes. Chip in today to help us support pro-democracy AGs.

At DAGA, we believe in free and fair elections, while our GOP counterparts clearly don’t. Dem AGs share our belief and are fighting for America’s democracy. Fighting to preserve elections should be a given for ALL who hold public office…but unfortunately, that’s not the case.
That’s why we support pro-democracy AGs in their work to ensure a free, fair, and transparent election process. Dem AGs across the country are working to make voting easier for everyone, no matter their background, and have their votes count. Donate today so we can continue this important work.
Thanks,
DAGA Election Protection Team
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and we can't stop now – will you chip in today?
