You know what day it is, folks?

It’s January…

Seven! Get it?

The boss is a good sport for letting us poke fun, but here’s the truth: You don’t need 10 fingers to know right from wrong.

Seven is more than enough to know that Montanans are counting on Congress to get things done. And with all the nonsense that’s been happening in D.C. lately, it’s not hard to see why folks are frustrated.

Jon’s not like most Washington politicians though. He lost three fingers as a kid in a meat grinding accident, still gets a $12 flat top haircut, has a collection of dirt stained t-shirts, and even brings his own beef to the U.S. Senate.

He is first and foremost a farmer, and his number one priority is representing the little guys like him in Washington.

That also means he doesn’t like to spend his time schmoozing with big dollar donors or shady special interests to fund his campaigns. He relies on grassroots folks, like you, to chip in $10 here or $25 there. A little can go a long way — and helps us compete with Republican super PACs and megadonors.

What do you say, team? Can you pitch in $7 (or more!) to help us keep Jon with the people of Montana, and out of the too-fancy-for-a-dirt-farmer cocktail parties his colleagues have to attend to fund their campaigns? [[link removed]]
