The Constitution’s 14th Amendment provides for the disqualification from public office of any person who has “engaged in insurrection” against the United States.¹ The January 6 committee in Congress has found ample evidence of Trump’s traitorous activities that can be used to disqualify him. We, the people, can take the next step to hold the Insurrectionist-in-Chief accountable.

Plans by MAGA Republicans for Trump’s next coup in 2024 are already well underway.² Our democracy can’t go through this again and survive. Will you sign the petition today and join the fight to disqualify Trump from holding public office ever again?

You can play an important role in this push for change. It will take a massive grassroots movement to inspire the actions needed to file petitions for Trump’s disqualification with state election boards or the courts. With enough pressure, Congress can even vote to disqualify him.

Let’s rise to this occasion, and take the next step to hold the Insurrectionist-in-Chief accountable for actions that the Constitution’s 14th Amendment says disqualify him from holding public office again.

While these paths may hold challenges (MAGA Republicans will combat such efforts with everything they have), we need to fight back even harder to hold Trump accountable for the damage he has wreaked on our democracy—actions that continue today, setting the stage for his next coup to place him in the White House in 2024 no matter what voters choose at the polls.³ Sign the petition to hold Trump accountable and provide support and momentum for any following actions to disqualify him.
