Last weekend, I had the honor of introducing Bernie Sanders to a crowd of Iowans and was able to to highlight his incredible record of opposing endless war.

Ahead of tonight’s debate, I want to make one thing very clear: Our nation cannot afford another trillion dollar war in the Middle East, and a Bernie Sanders presidency will stop that from happening.

Under a Bernie Sanders presidency, the Pentagon will no longer receive a blank check from people like you and I. Those resources will go towards investing in our future, in our people, in our communities, and in tackling the climate crisis.

But none of those realities will come to pass without your support. Bernie Sanders’ campaign is funded by people just like you — donating $3, $10, or even $27 at a time.
