Every Minnesotan deserves a safe, affordable place to live.

Yet as I travel our state, I hear from far too many who are struggling to find housing they can afford, especially in the communities they call home, near their work, school, and loved ones.

That’s why, as part of my Local Jobs and Projects Plan, I’ve proposed a record $276 million for safe, affordable housing projects across our state.

My proposal would create a full range of housing choices in every corner of Minnesota, including supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness, senior housing, family housing, new homeownership opportunities, and veteran housing.

It’s time to address this need that all Minnesotans know is real. Raise your voice to help us build support ahead of this year’s legislative session.
