Two years ago today, Donald Trump conspired with members of Congress, corrupt lawyers, and hate groups to violently overthrow our democracy by stopping the transfer of power.
Since then, Our Revolution has been working to hold these traitors accountable for violating the 14th Amendment of the Constitution they swore to protect.
Accountability is the only way to stop a fascist takeover of America — which remains an ongoing threat. With billionaires like Dick Uihlein continuing to fund election denial, fighting back is critical.

According to the 14th Amendment, Section 3, individuals who have taken an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and then engage in rebellion or insurrection against the United States or provide support to those who do, are disqualified from holding public office. Despite this, these unpatriotic criminals continue to draw a generous government salary paid by our tax dollars.
Our Revolution recognizes the urgency of taking a stand against authoritarianism by denying coup participants the ability to hold office. Once one side refuses to accept the result of elections, democracy can not endure long.
