After delivering a blistering defeat to a late-term abortion-supporting city council that BANNED pro-life witnesses from testifying, calling them "biased" and "a circus," we JUST won a major pro-life case in federal appeals court.

Yesterday, in a nearly identical case, another pro-abortion city government was forced to answer in federal appeals court in our lawsuit against a city ordinance that is shutting down lifesaving work. These ordinances are being pushed by Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry to crush the “competition” of pro-life sidewalk counselors who are saving lives.

Now our final reply deadline is just a few short weeks away. These two cases could quickly head to the Supreme Court.

The new year may have just begun, but we are extremely busy, taking on numerous cases in federal appellate courts and state Supreme Courts nationwide.
