The Proposed 2024 Payment Rule
CMS issued the proposed 2024 Notice of Benefits and Payment Parameters last month.
The NBPP, known colloquially as the Payment Rule, is eagerly awaited each year as it
provides the vehicle for CMS to announce major policy changes in many areas affecting consumers, health insurers, and the Marketplaces, among others.
