The City Council's Fiscal Year 2024 Discretionary application is now open online! If you would like to request funding from my office for your non-profit or community-based social service organization please fill out the form at https://council.nyc.gov/budget/ before February 21st.

Also, please note that if an application is not submitted within the filing period, the community-based organization will not be eligible for funding.

Discretionary funding is a duly-appropriated sum of money in the City's expense budget allocated to an eligible not-for-profit organization by a Member of Council.

2. If you are seeking funds from my office or your organization will be working within Council District 18 please also fill out this supplemental form at bit.ly/CD18_FY24.
