Yesterday I went on Morning Joe and made one thing abundantly clear: Republicans are the Chaos Caucus. They are not capable of basic leadership, the ability to help bring people together to get things done. The American people want to see us govern, and we can't govern when we can't even swear in members of Congress. It's embarrassing. Don't forget that we also had a very small majority last year and still got things done for the American people. This week has made it painfully obvious that we need to take back our Democratic majority and get back to making tangible changes to improve the lives of the people. That's what I am focused on in my new role as DCCC Chair. We have an incredible opportunity to take back the majority, but the only way we can end this embarrassing saga is by banding together.
