Hey John, our team is taking a well-deserved break this week!

But we wanted to take the time to thank you for all you’ve done with us in 2022.

You’ve shown us how dedicated you are to our mission in electing civil-rights-minded DAs across the country to reduce mass incarceration, address police violence and transform our criminal legal system.

And for that we are so grateful.

It’s only through your help that we’ve helped defend our elected DAs in Texas, Missouri, and California, and grew our movement by helping elect 6 new DAs last year in cities across California, North Carolina, Minnesota and Iowa.

Because of those election victories, everyday people in those cities will now have prosecutors that will fight for them and ensure real justice.

We know how much power comes to the District Attorney's office. Their local authority gives them the power to have a direct impact on holding police accountable, removing discriminatory policing practices, freeing innocent people and not criminalizing individuals for using recreational cannabis.

John, this is just a glimpse of the positive effects of having progressive Real Justice-backed DAs in office.

Millions of folks are grateful for those wins because they will feel the clear impact in their daily lives.

And we’re grateful for those wins because we have YOU on our side pushing us every day towards our mission.

We must continue fighting and adding to this momentum into the new year to elect many more DAs to bring reform nationwide.

But we can only win this fight with you on our side as we get involved in more DA races — so we look forward to your continued support!
