John... The dysfunction and division in Washington continues.



Political actors seeking power are causing chaos in the House of
Representatives.



It's obvious that the divide in our party isn't about policy or political
ideology.



It's about those who want common sense, conservative solutions and those who
want to be a performance act at the circus.



Rather than getting things done for the American people, the new Republican
majority in Congress is caught in the midst of historic embarrassment.



But this isn't hard.



If we can achieve successes and historic wins here in deep-blue Maryland, it
can be done anywhere. We achieved historic tax cuts, re-funded the police,
turned a record deficit into a record surplus, and much more by puttingpeople
over politics.



Our country needs leaders who buck performative politics, thrive on building
bridges, and take pride in finding real solutions.
