Republicans have rejected Kevin McCarthy's bid for House Majority Speaker SIX times.

This marks the first time in 100 years that the Speaker of the House election has required more than one floor vote.

While Chris is ready to get back to work passing a Congressional stock trading ban, lowering prescription drug prices, and improving the quality of care for veterans – House Republicans remain in total chaos. Their failure to elect a new Speaker means that Representatives will not be able to do their jobs effectively or be sworn in until a decision is made.
