2023-25 Project Information Survey
Are you interested in applying for funding to develop affordable housing in the next two years?
We want to hear from affordable housing providers about your interest and readiness to apply for funding to develop affordable housing in the next two years.
You are invited to complete our 2023-25 Project Information Survey. Completion of a survey is NOT REQUIRED to apply for funding.
Responses will inform policy makers and legislators as they create the 2023-25 capital budget. We are requesting information through a simple survey tool from every planned, eligible project that may need state funds. This includes:
* Local governments
* Local housing authorities
* Nonprofit community or neighborhood-based organizations
* Federally recognized Indian tribes in the state of Washington
* Regional or statewide nonprofit housing assistance organizations.
*Responses are due Jan. 26, 2023*

Technical assistance: Has your organization experienced difficulties obtaining funding?
Please tell us more. If your organization has found it difficult to obtain funding or if affordable housing is vital to your mission, but you could not pursue projects, please complete the survey and see the last question to indicate your desire to receive technical assistance from our team.
Commerce is renewing and expanding our Predevelopment Technical Assistance and Capacity Building support in the 2023-25 biennium.
*Background*
This informational survey routinely occurs in odd-numbered years at the start of the legislative session. This year?s process is a streamlined format from prior years and is?*available online only*.
While survey participation is *not a prerequisite for funding*, filling out the form will give us valuable information to assist with planning. The questions relate to a proposed project?s level of readiness, type of activity, potential funding sources and more.
For a complete list of eligible project activities, refer to the Housing Trust Fund Handbook [ [link removed] ] (Box .pdf).
*Questions?*
