I hope you had a blessed Christmas, and are enjoying a wonderful
holiday season. I want to let you know that many great Judicial Watch
members and supporters are helping us with year-end gifts, and I am
very grateful!
[Judicial Watch]
Dear Judicial Watch Member,
I have great news to share with you!
On December 28th, we settled our federal election integrity lawsuit
against NEW YORK CITY after THE CITY REMOVED 441,083 INELIGIBLE VOTER
NAMES FROM THE VOTER ROLLS and promised to take reasonable steps going
forward to clean its voter registration lists.
We filed our lawsuit under the NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION ACT (NVRA)
last July after our research showed that the city had failed to clean
its voter rolls for years…in fact, we pointed out that over the
previous six years only 22 names had been removed under the federal
law!
This is a great victory, but we have many more challenges ahead of us
in the ongoing fight to keep our elections honest.
CAN I COUNT ON YOU TO STAND FIRM WITH US NOW FOR THE CAUSE OF HONEST
ELECTIONS BY MAKING A SPECIAL CONTRIBUTION TO SUPPORT OUR WORK?

It is the support of patriots across America that has helped Judicial
Watch once again use the legal system and the courts to deliver real
results for the American people…
…results that protect the honesty of our elections, since
“dirty” voter rolls are the single biggest source of voter fraud
in the country.
Our historic settlement is a major victory for New York voters who
will benefit from cleaner voter rolls and more honest elections.
And we are pleased that city officials moved quickly to remove more
than 400,000 outdated registrations from the rolls, and we look
forward to working with them under this settlement to ensure New York
City maintains cleaner rolls for future elections.
But the fight for honest elections is far from over!

Judicial Watch is a national leader in voting integrity and voting
rights.
As part of our work, we have assembled a team of highly experienced
voting rights attorneys who have cleaned up voter rolls in both
“blue” states and “red” states across America.
Cleaning up voter rolls…and protecting honest elections…takes
research, investigations, drafting complaints, conferences with
counsel representing states and counties, and years of follow-up work
to be sure all elements of a settlement are being fulfilled.
This is the gritty work of litigation, which not only takes time, and
expertise, but money!

That is why we need you to stand with us again today!
